Information collected
The enquiry form collects a name, email address, country of residence, enquiry category, location of interest, timescale, optional budget range and the information voluntarily included in the enquiry. The quarterly briefing form collects an email address and subscription status.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to an enquiry, recommend an appropriate research or buyer-support route, prepare an agreed proposal and retain a proportionate business record. The basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before a possible engagement and the legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.
Quarterly briefing emails
Quarterly briefing emails are sent only after an explicit subscription and confirmation. MailerLite processes the signup, confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe status and proportionate delivery or engagement records needed to operate the mailing list. The basis for sending these emails is consent. Every email provides a way to unsubscribe, and withdrawing from the mailing list does not affect an enquiry or service.
Data minimisation
Do not submit identity documents, contracts, bank details, title documents, detailed financial records or special-category personal information through the initial enquiry form.
Sharing and referrals
Personal information is not sold. Details are shared with a relevant professional only where you have agreed to an introduction, with providers needed to operate the website, mailing list and enquiry securely, or where required by law.
Retention and individual rights
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are normally retained for no longer than 12 months. Mailing-list records are retained while a subscription remains active, with a proportionate suppression record retained after unsubscribe so that the address is not added again accidentally. Records connected with proposals, paid work, disputes or legal and accounting obligations may be retained for longer where necessary. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting the privacy address above. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and relevant law.
Hosting, forms and international transfers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiry submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Newsletter subscriptions and email delivery are processed by MailerLite. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom using their applicable contractual and data-transfer safeguards.
Analytics and cookies
The website avoids advertising cookies and unnecessary tracking. The subscription form connects to MailerLite when it loads and is submitted. If additional privacy-conscious website analytics are introduced, their purpose and operation will be documented here.
